We shape the trip, explain our recommendations, and agree on the scope, planning fee and support included.

Once approved, we refine the itinerary and help coordinate the agreed arrangements with you and the relevant providers.
Most concierge engagements fall between $750 and $2,500, depending on the length and complexity of the trip and the level of coordination and support required.
After an initial conversation, you'll receive a clear written proposal. No work begins until you approve it.
The concierge fee covers our planning and coordination. Hotels, transport, tickets, guides, meals and other third-party travel costs are paid separately, unless your proposal expressly states otherwise.
