For your free time — an evening, a spare half-day, the weekend — you'll get recommendations for sightseeing, shopping and whatever you're interested in. For each one, we include the travel time to and from your venue, so you can fit it around your meetings.

What exactly will I receive?
A written day-by-day itinerary covering your recommended route, daily activities, sightseeing, food, transport and practical notes. It is yours to follow and book at your own pace.
How is the plan personalised?
The planning form asks about your dates, interests, pace, budget, preferred cities, dietary needs and any fixed commitments. We use those details to shape the route and each day. We also take your contact details, so we can message you if we have any questions while we plan.
How long does it take, and can I ask for changes?
Your first draft arrives within 4 days. You then get one round of changes — tell us what to add, drop or adjust — and we deliver your final plan within 48 hours. If you're happy with the first draft, it's yours as-is.
Do you make the bookings?
The Custom Trip Plan does not include bookings. You remain in control of your purchases and reservations.

Can you plan around meetings or an event?
Yes. Send us your fixed schedule, venue and available free time. We will plan around those commitments rather than asking you to rearrange them.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose according to both trip length and number of cities:
- Up to 5 days and 1–2 cities: $129
- Up to 14 days and up to 3 cities: $249
- 15+ days and up to 5 cities: $349

Is payment refundable?
Each plan is made to order, so payment is non-refundable once you order. Your plan is built from the details you give us — so please be realistic about your budget and how much you want to see. Ten stops a day, or several far-apart cities in just a few days, isn't something any planner can make work.
Leave your contact information in the form, and tell us whether a messenger or email is the easiest way to reach you. If anything you've asked for doesn't add up — the budget, the pace, or a route that isn't physically doable — we'll reach out to check with you before we finalise your plan. If we can't reach you, we'll build the most sensible version we can from what you provided.
